Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
💳 Unused Credits
Credits purchased but not used for services may be refunded if:
- No services (e.g., appointments, outreach campaigns) have been initiated using the credits.
- The refund request is submitted within:
- 7 days of purchase for packages under $1,000
- 14 days of purchase for packages above $1,000
- The account is in good standing with no outstanding violations of our Terms of Use.
📅 Undelivered Appointment Guarantee
If you've used credits to request appointments and Orinexa fails to deliver the guaranteed number of appointments within the validity period (e.g., 5 for Starter, 11 for Growth), you may request a partial refund for the unused appointment credits.
⚠️ Invalid Leads or Delivery Failures
If more than 20% of the delivered leads are proven invalid or unreachable (despite reschedules and replacements), we may offer either:
- Bonus credits (equal value), or
- Partial refund based on the lost credit value.
