At Orinexa (a DBA of Orionex Trading LLC), we strive to deliver exceptional value through our credit-based lead generation and appointment setting services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with our pay-per-result model.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Unused Credits
Credits purchased but not used for services may be refunded if:
- No services (e.g., appointments, outreach campaigns) have been initiated using the credits.
- The refund request is submitted within:
- 7 days of purchase for packages under $1,000.
- 14 days of purchase for packages above $1,000.
- The account is in good standing with no outstanding violations of our Terms of Use.
Undelivered Appointment Guarantee
If you’ve used credits to request appointments and Orinexa fails to deliver the guaranteed number of appointments within the validity period (e.g., 5 for Starter, 11 for Growth), you may request a partial refund for the unused appointment credits.
Invalid Leads or Delivery Failures
If more than 20% of the delivered leads are proven invalid or unreachable (despite reschedules and replacements), we may offer either:
- Bonus credits (equal value), or
- Partial refund based on the lost credit value.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credits already used to book appointments, outreach campaigns, or other services delivered through the Orinexa Client Portal.
- No-shows or canceled appointments (unless not rescheduled within 7 days).
- Expired credits (as detailed at the time of purchase).
- Misuse of the system or breach of our Terms of Use.
Reschedule & Replacement Policy
- No-show reschedule: Costs 20 points (1 free per client).
- Invalid lead replacement: Costs 10 points (up to 3 free per package).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our team at support@orinexa.com with the following details:
- Your registered email.
- Purchase invoice or Stripe receipt.
- Reason for the refund request.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Exceptions
Where required by applicable law, Orinexa will provide refunds or alternative remedies. If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under legal requirements, please contact us with details.
